Start Right Tutoring Services LLC operates this site and the booking pages on it.
When you book a consultation we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, what you tell us about your child's grade level and reading difficulties, and the date and time you choose. We also receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
To schedule and hold your consultation, to send confirmations and reminders by email and text, to follow up about our tutoring services, and to improve our pages.
If you give us your phone number we may text you about your consultation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
Our pages use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure how our ads perform. These set cookies and send limited event data to those platforms. You can control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings and manage cookies in your browser.
With the service providers that run our scheduling, CRM, email, text messaging and video calls, and with the advertising platforms named above. We do not sell your personal information.
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Any information about a child is provided to us by a parent or guardian for the purpose of the consultation.
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. We keep booking records for as long as we need them for our services and for legal and accounting purposes.
